Room was neat and clean and they did provide the bare essentials, such as a couple of tiny bottles of shampoo and tiny bar of soap. They also generously gave me a discount of $5 for checking in after 3am and being forced to check out by 11am. In addition to my original review, I have since my first visit returned here for three more nights. I was surprised that there weren't any people partying and making noise all night. Everything was very quiet and peaceful. Management was also helpful in helping me to master the remote control and the wifi password. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay and I most definitely will recommend it to everyone.

The daytime property manager Max is an absolute God send. My young family had just relocated to this area, escaping a very hard situation, and he has shown us nothing short of the best hospitality. Aside from him going out og his way to make sure we are taken care of, he offers great advice. The room service cokes twice a day from what I noticed, as well as being available at basically all time of the day and night. If you ever need toiletries, or extra towels you can ask and they'll be given. Parking lot is clean and security sits at night on sight. Amazing place that truly helped us get back on our feet.

Palace Inn on Westheimer is such a great place to stay ,or get away for the weekend with such nice spacious clean room and a location central to attractions in the city, Great friendly customer service from front Desk clerk Max ,always making sure each stay is enjoyable, customer service like that is why Palace Inn at Westheimer is my num1 option for hotels

Lovely and quiet environment for a typical motel. Rooms are nice and the service could use a bit more work as far as customer service with a pleasant attitude goes! Overall you’d actually have a nice experience and time here, if you were to room and stay here!!!

Great place quite, the only thing is you get neighbors that complaining on you when you haven't done nothing wrong. I don't know if it because they not happy with their own lives or what but they need to stay out mine and quit trying to get my family kicked out. The room my family is in is big with a full size refrigerator, a 2 burner stove top, a sink, full bathroom with tub, a flat screen t.v. and a d.v.d. player. Plus the 2 full size beds and a table and 1 chair. I would put at least 1 more chair in there cause if u got 2 beds u gonna have at least 2 to 3 people in that room. The service there at the front desk is good I can say. I CAN NOT say that for the maid service. My family was asked to let them in to clean today, well my aunt and her friend stayed at that room all day waiting for the maids/housekeepers to come. They had to wait because my aunt has a service dog and she had to be there with him when they came to clean, plus my aunt won't just let in anyone in the room no matter who they are especially when she got her expensive personal belongings in the room that is unnecessary to take with you while u take your dog for a walk or step out and let them clean. She was gonna be right there with them. But they NEVER showed up, and she needs clean towels, sheets and she needs some trash liners. I mean every thing was good while I was visiting my aunt today except the MAID/HOUSEKEEPER service. Oh yeah my aunt told me what she pays for her room, and I think that's a wonderful deal she got, because she couldn't get that anywhere else. I highly recommend it, they just need to hire more maids or hire better ones that know what their doing.
